Relax with Meditation

Meditation is a simple, natural process which you can easily learn. Far from being a strange ritual, it is in fact a wonderful richly rewarding experience.  It can help us to feel tranquil and comfortable, release stress, lower anxiety, and aid pain relief and restful sleep. Meditation has no boundaries, so we can behave in whatever way we wish in the moment. Feel Free!


The relaxation and meditation will be done seated on a chair. A guided meditation will help focus and calm the mental chatter in our minds to create a space for peace and tranquility. 


The group will meet on the fourth Wednesday of the month between 1.30 and 2.30 at Bullbrook Community Centre, Bay Road, RG12 2NL, starting on Wednesday 27th March. The cost will depend on the number of members attending.
